Please meet the Delightful Cordelia! I think she is just as cute as a button with her prim head scarf, and her little black boots with ties! She measures 23 1/2", and is holding a 9 1/2" red heart with great metal buttons, and an old key. This is a fun pattern to make, and really pretty easy too!
